Welcome to Bus Aunty, operated by CALM Technologies Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore.

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before purchasing from our store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Pre-Order Policy

This store is currently operating on a pre-order basis. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Items will only ship once stock arrives and is assembled in Singapore

  • While we aim to fulfill orders within 2 weeks to 1 month upon receiving the order, there is no guarantee of delivery within this timeframe.

  • If shipment is delayed beyond the fulfilment timeframe above, you have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

2. Refunds and Cancellations

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy from the date you receive your product.

  • Cancellations are allowed before your order ships.

  • Once your item has shipped, cancellations are no longer permitted, but you may still request a refund after receiving the item.

  • Products must be returned in good condition to qualify for a refund. Buyers will bear the shipping fees to return the goods.

3. Shipping

We currently only ship within Singapore.

  • There are no import duties or additional taxes required from customers.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses may incur re-delivery fees.

4. Technical Support & Warranty

We provide technical support for all Bus Aunty units.

  • If your product is defective, we will offer a replacement or refund within 30 days.

  • We are not responsible for issues unrelated to the device itself, including but not limited to:

    • Your home’s Wi-Fi setup or connection issues

    • Electrical supply inconsistencies

    • Misconfiguration of external hardware or systems

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • CALM Technologies Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed bus rides or disruptions caused by reliance on our product.

  • The Bus Aunty device is a convenience tool, not a guaranteed source of real-time transport accuracy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, product names, and trademarks on this site — including but not limited to "Bus Aunty" and "busaunty.com" — are the property of CALM Technologies Pte. Ltd.

  • You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of our branding or materials without express written consent.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
